To apply permissions to a file or folder

Здравствуйте, появилась такая проблема, при попытке установить office, появляются ошибки 1303 или 1307.
Ошибка 1317: Не удается создать папку «С:ProgramDataMicrosoftStart MenuProgramsMicrosoft Office». Убедитесь, что указанный путь существует и у Вас есть необходимые разрешения для обновления.
Перепробовал несколько оффисов, от 13 до 19. Перешёл по данному пути, дал все разрешения, создал папку, тоже дал права администратора. Попробовал около 5 репаков. Скорее всего, это проблема уже на моей стороне. В Гугле всё перепробовал. Удалял через прогу оффис. Странно почему инсталлятор сам не может создать папку? Ошибка 1303 пропадает, после создание папки нужной инсталлятору. Буду очень благодарен если поможете.

Step 2. SFC Scan to fix Error code 1317
Error code 1317 also occurs in case of system file errors or corruption. If the Error code 1317 is occurred due to the system file corruption, it could be fixed easily by the SFC scan. The SFC scan or system file checking scan is the process of replacing or repairing the corrupted copy of system files using the cached copy of the file from the directory.
